Return Policy

To return items bought online: for your convenience, items may be returned to our store or shipped to us prepaid. Provided you have the appropriate information (receipt or packing list), we will return your purchase price to the method of payment (cash or credit). Shipping charges are not refundable.

Note: Items must be in new condition, have original packaging and/or pricing information intact (tags, labels, etc.). Returns are subject to the discretion of the manager and are not guaranteed. Returns must be accompanied by a current quarter "wildcatshop" cash register receipt. New books must be absolutely clean and free from markings. Shrink-wrapped or packaged items must be returned unopened. Do not write your name, mark in books, or open packaged bundles until you are sure you will keep them.

Return Policy: Eligible merchandise (listed below) may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing list.

  • Textbooks (see policy below)
  • Clothing & Merchandise (see policy below)
  • Computer/Software/Electronics (see policy below)
  • Coursepacks are not refundable
  • Special orders are not refundable
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Closeout and or clearance items are not refundable

To purchase another item after a return - simply visit our site or store and select the merchandise you'd like. Your order will be processed as a new order.

Text Refund Policy

  • Full Refund For Textbooks During Academic Year
    On Campus Textbooks: Returned in store by 2nd Friday of the quarter, or two days after purchase
    Off Campus Textbooks: Returns must be post marked by the 2nd Friday of the quarter and mailed to the above address.
  • Summer Quarter Returns

    Returns are limited to the first 4 days following the start of the term or two days after purchase.

  • Partial Refund

    During the above Full Refund periods, a refund of 75% will be given on new textbooks that are returned with markings or in poor condition.

  • Incorrect or Defective Books

    If you receive an incorrect or damaged book, please contact the Wildcat Shop immediately at 509-963-1648.

  • Off Campus Returns

    To receive a refund for textbooks returned via UPS the package must be post marked by the 2nd Friday following the start of the quarter.

  • Special Ordered Textbooks

    No refunds will be given for special ordered textbooks.

  • Coursepacks

    Coursepacks are not refundable

Clothing & Merchandise Refund Policy

All clothing & merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and unopened.

  • Return

    Please include a copy of your receipt; if your receipt is not available, please provide the Order Number and/or the name of the person placing the original order. When exchanging an item, please provide the item number, size, color, and description (if possible) for the new item. Also please include a phone number in which to reach you if we have any questions.

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items

    If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact the Wildcat Shop immediately at 509-963-1648.

  • Special Ordered Items

    Merchandise that has been special ordered is nonrefundable.

Computers/Electronics/Software Refund Policy

  • Return

    All items must be unopened and accompanied with receipt within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be given for opened products. Refunds will take 1-2 weeks after we received your return and will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Exchange

    All items must be unopened and accompanied with receipt within 14 days of purchase.
